OMG!! You are going to absolutely LOVE this home! What was once an eyesore to the community has been transformed into A beautiful work of art. Previously, this home was a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with waisted space. Now, this smart home comes equipped with the Samsung Wi-Fi enabled smart appliance package. It boasts a whopping 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Crystal chandelier fixtures. Ceilings fans with bluetooth speakers in 3 of the bedroom. Mercer University is literally across the street.
The space
This house All that you could imagine a 100 year old renovated home to be some cosmetic flaws but nothing major that impacts the experience of the stay.
This house features a huge living space with high ceilings throughout. The kitchen, has all Samsung Smart technology appliances and a family table that extends from feeding 8 to feeding 12 guests all at once.
Essentially, every bathroom has its own allocated bathroom with 1 general bathroom being shared with the 3rd bedroom.
Should you prefer to entertain your guests in the back of the house instead of the front porch, we have plenty of space to do so on the back porch and the backyard. We do have an elderly neighbor so please be respectful and mindful of such.
